Grow Your Remodeling Business

Areasform Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run a remodeling business, you can join the network and receive homeowner requests in Apopka and the Apopka area.

This is not a job. It is not employment. You stay independent. You run your own business, set your own quotes and choose your own projects.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle larger bathroom and kitchen projects. Priority goes to:

• Bathing-area work: tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers and walk-in tubs.
• Custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades.
• Full kitchen remodels, including cabinets, counters and layout changes.

We do not send small repair jobs. We do not refer mobile home projects.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us expecting a clear process. Providers in the network should:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required in Florida.
• Respond to homeowner requests promptly.
• Provide written quotes.
• Explain scope, schedule and changes in plain language.
• Pull permits where required.
• Make no false claims about price, timing or insurance coverage.

You are responsible for your own work and contracts. Areasform Remodeling does not do the work and does not supervise it.

Local Know-How Helps

The region is humid, with frequent storms and a long hurricane season. Many homes are concrete block on slabs. Providers who understand moisture control, ventilation and slab plumbing limits tend to be a strong fit.
